Photos and property details

Photos can help us understand the condition of the property before arranging a visit or preparing first guidance. Please do not send photos containing people, sensitive personal documents, bank cards, passports or private information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Photos, videos and descriptions are used for initial review only. They do not replace a physical inspection and may not reveal hidden defects, access restrictions, existing damage, moisture issues, unsuitable surfaces or other conditions affecting the work.

  • Information may be shared only where reasonably needed to review, quote, manage or carry out the work.

  • Information may be disclosed if required by law, court order, insurance process, debt recovery process or professional advice.

How long we keep information

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to review the enquiry, provide a quote, manage communication and keep normal business records. Enquiries that do not proceed may normally be kept for up to 24 months. Project, invoice, accounting, insurance and dispute-related records may be kept for longer where reasonably required for business, tax, legal or insurance purposes.
